Break-FAST!

Found this recipe in Glamour magazine a couple months ago and gave it a shot. Simple enough that I didn't have to go out and buy a bunch of ingredients. I can fix it within five minutes, and one slice fills me up till lunch time. SERIOUSLY, scribble down my notes and run to your kitchen. NOW!
Avocado toast, I think I love you.
          • Top whole grain toast with mashed avocado.

          • Add a squeeze of lime juice.

          • Top off with a sunny side up egg for added energy and protein. 

          • Personally I like to season it with a dash of pepper.
Super quick, easy, nutritious breakfast that you can eat on the go.
If you're feeling sassy, add a dash of bacon crumbles on top. I won't tell a soul!
